When my father went into the nursing home, we talked to Tom about setting up the plans for him when he passed. Due to insurance problems, we were unable to finalize the details. Tom kept the file open and when my father passed suddenly, we called him, he pulled the file and kept the same quote he had originally given us. He handled all the details, gave us options, asked our opinions about what we wanted done, how we wanted to do things, and gave us advice on things we weren't sure how to handle. We are very satisfied with his work, compassion and experience. We would recommend him to anyone for this difficult time. Thank you.
